Nine-patch – Kids’ Sewing Camp

The classic Nine‑Patch block is one of the most recognizable quilt patterns—and a perfect next step for young sewists ready to build their skills. Led by instructor Jackie, this camp teaches kids how simple squares can come together to create beautiful, alternating tic‑tac‑toe–style quilt blocks.

Choose from multiple week‑long sessions:

  • June 1–5: 1:00pm–4:00pm

What Campers Will Make

Campers will sew nine small squares into each block, creating the classic alternating Nine‑Patch design. By the end of the week, each camper will take home a completed kid‑sized tied quilt that shows off both creativity and growing sewing skills.

Jackie will pre‑cut all fabrics so campers can focus on sewing accuracy and block layout.
