Refund policy

 

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from The Old Craft Store. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return policy on eligible items. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cut fabric and custom kits
  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Patterns, books, and magazines (due to copyright laws)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital patterns
  • Items with smoke odor or signs of use

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us at sales@theoldcraftstore.com within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll walk you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear.

If your item is returned in used condition, missing parts, or outside the 15-day window, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card statement
  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing times may vary

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
