We know life gets busy and sometimes plans change. Our goal is to make your class experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible — even when cancellations happen.

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

• Cancel at least 3 days before class to receive a full refund
• Reschedule at least 3 days before class to receive full credit toward another class of your choice

If you need to make changes, just reach out - we’re happy to help you find a new date or process your refund.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 3 days before class are not eligible for refunds or transfers, as materials and instructor time have already been reserved.

If We Cancel

If The Old Craft Store needs to cancel a class for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund - no questions asked.

Class Environment

To ensure a focused and enjoyable experience for all attendees:

• Children and guests are not permitted during class sessions
• Each registration is for one adult participant only
