Where is your store located and what are your hours?

You’ll find us in Carrollton, TX at 1110 W Main Street–Saturday, 10am–4pm and Sunday 1-4pm. Our location and contact info are listed under “Contact Us” on website.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them-excluding Sundays and holidays. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If there’s ever a delay or issue, we’ll reach out to keep you informed. We know how exciting it is to start a new project, and we do our best to get your supplies to you quickly!

Do you offer local pickup or curbside service?

Yes! Please select “Pickup in Store” during checkout. Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an automatic notification via email. For curbside pickup, just call us when you arrive.

What payment methods do you accept?

Through Shopify’s secure checkout, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.We accept checks in store only. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes—we offer physical gift cards that can be purchased in-store. At this time, gift cards are not available online and cannot be used for online purchases. If you have questions about availability or usage, feel free to contact us directly by phone or through our website’s contact form. We’re happy to help!

Is everything online also available in-store?

We do our best to keep our online and in-store inventory in sync. However, due to the nature of quilting supplies and fabric turnover, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you right away to offer alternatives or process a refund, whichever you prefer

How do I create an account and manage my orders?

Click the person icon at the top of our site to sign up or log in. From your Shopify customer account, you can view past orders, manage your address, and track shipments.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! If you're not happy with an item, we offer a 15-day return policy on eligible products. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide instructions and expedite the process. If an item in your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, reach out within 15 days of receiving your package—we’ll work quickly to make it right.

Exceptions:

  • Cut fabric and custom kits
  • Sale items are final sale
  • Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.

Refunds are issued once we receive and process your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be made at our discretion. All returned items must be in new condition, with original packaging. Items with smoke odor or signs of use are not eligible for return.

Is my information secure when shopping online?

Yes, your privacy and safety are very important to us. Our website is designed to keep your personal and payment information protected every step of the way. We never share your details with anyone, and you can shop with confidence knowing your information is safe.

Quilting & Fabric

Do you sell fabric by the yard or by precuts only?

Both are available! On each product page, you’ll see clear options for yardage or precut bundles. Our listings make it easy to select exactly what you need.

Do you cut fabric in continuous yardage?

We do our best to cut fabric as one continuous piece whenever possible. If we're unable to do so due to bolt limitations or availability, we’ll contact you right away to discuss options or offer a refund. We want to make sure you get exactly what you need for your project.

Do you offer longarm quilting services?

Yes, we do! If you're interested in having your quilt professionally finished, please contact us directly. We'll walk you through the process, share pricing and options, and help you prepare your quilt for submission. Whether it's your first time or you're a seasoned quilter, we're here to make the experience smooth and rewarding.

Classes, Events & Community

Do you offer sewing and quilting classes?

We do! Browse our “Classes” section to see what’s available, sign up online through our booking system, and choose the date and time you wish to attend.

Do you host quilting groups?

Yes, we offer quilting groups that meet regularly to share ideas, work on projects, and build community. Group events are usually listed on our class schedule or announced through our newsletter. Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss upcoming gatherings, special events, or future retreat opportunities!

Shipping Information

In-stock items

In-stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours from our storefront in Carrollton, TX (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Pre-order items

Pre-order items are not yet available and are expected to arrive at our shop during the delivery month(s) listed.Delivery timelines are not guaranteed, as we are subject to manufacturer delays. We’ll continue to update our website and newsletter with the latest delivery information as it becomes available.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be held until everything is ready to ship together.
