For experienced young sewists ready to take on a more advanced challenge, our Disappearing Nine‑Patch Variation camp offers an exciting twist on a classic quilt block. Led by our instructor Jackie, this session focuses on precision, creativity, and confident machine sewing

Camp Dates & Times

Choose from multiple week‑long sessions:

• June 1–5: 1:00pm–4:00pm
• June 8–12: 10:00am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–4:00pm
• June 15–19: 10:00am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–4:00pm

Who Can Attend

• Finished 6rd grade and up
• Very confident machine piecers with prior quilting experience
• Must have quilt‑piecing experience

What Campers Will Make

Campers will begin by sewing large Nine‑Patch blocks, then cut them into quarters and add sashing to create the striking Disappearing Nine‑Patch Variation design. This camp emphasizes accuracy, layout, and advanced piecing techniques.

Please note: Campers will complete the quilt top only during camp. 

Jackie will pre‑cut all fabrics so campers can focus on sewing accuracy and block layout.

What to Bring

• Sewing machine in good working condition
• Quilt shop quality fabrics, purchased and returned to the store by the Saturday before camp
• Supply list provided upon registration
