Kid's Camp

Here are the Kid's Camp dates. You may choose ANY date for any quilt project. Please, read over the project descriptions carefully when choosing your class. You are welcome to call us (972) 242-9111 with any questions you might have!

Monday-Friday, June 3 - 7  9:30a - noon

All camps are led by Jackie. Each camp session is $100 plus supplies.
Supply list will be available upon registration.

Fabrics must be purchased and returned to store by Saturday BEFORE camp so that Jackie can get it cut for class. Please purchase quilt shop quality fabrics. 

For all but "A Quilt is a Sandwich", a sewing machine is required. It must be in good working condition. Practice sewing on blue lines of notebook paper...without thread!

Camps are listed in order of sewing experience req'd. Please ASK if you have any questions about skill level. We want kids to be successful!!

 A Quilt is a Sandwich Finished 1st grade+ No sewing experience req'd.

Monday-Friday, June 3-7, 9:30 am-noon

Campers will hand sew, quilt, and bind a doll-sized quilt. They will choose fabrics on first day. Jackie will read quilt stories and provide a snack each morning

Camp Fee: $100
Supply Kit Price: $18.00 (includes fabrics, batt, thread, pins, and needle) sold seperately

JUST JACKS Finished 2nd grade+

Sewing machine is required. Camper must know how to run sewing machine. Please practice BEFORE camp. Jackie will cut fabrics BEFORE camp.

Campers will take home a completed kid-size tied quilt.

A snack will be provided each day.

Nine-Patch Finished 3rd grade+

Sewing machine is required. Camper must know how to run sewing machine. Please practice BEFORE camp. Jackie will cut BEFORE camp.

Light Your Way  Finished 4th grade+

Sewing machine is required. Camper must have quilt piecing experience. Pattern purchase is required. Jackie will cut fabric during camp for this design only.

Campers will take home quilt top only.
